Some Pictures of our Barn Conversion. Work carried out by Maison Renovations of Sussex.
First 5 shots are of the outside before any work has started.
These 6 shots are of the inside of the barn. It was used for hay storage for the animals and wine producing. In some of the pictures you can see some barrels, (unfortunately empty), and you can just make out the wine press in picture 4
Now the work gets under way. The first job was to take off what was remaining of the existing roof and the raise it to match the barn next door. All but one of the main beams were rotten and had to be replaced, however some sections were used as lintels over the new doors and windows.
